What I Offer

Every child has a different set of needs, and every family is unique.

I specialise in offering sleep and sleep routine advice to children from four months of age all the way to teenagers. I work with the full range of approaches, from very gentle to more structured sleep training, and the choice is always yours.

I am based in Vaud, in the Suisse Romande region of Switzerland, and I work with families worldwide by video call. I primarily offer my services in English, and can provide some level of support in French.

I offer four options, from a single hour for your questions to full support with a plan and follow-ups:

• The Foundations

Everything is tailored to your family. For The Foundations, The Reset and The Full Support, my advice is built for you from a pre-meeting questionnaire and sleep diary, so we can discuss your situation in detail and find the solution that will work best. The Check-In starts with a short questionnaire and gives general guidance, and if you decide to continue within 14 days, it counts towards a package.

You choose a block of hours that suits you, and they last 12 months (18 months with The Full Support), so they’re still there if things settle quickly or life gets in the way.

Before we start anything, every family has a friendly introduction by message or email, to make sure you’re comfortable and that we’re setting ourselves up for success. If you’d prefer to talk it through, I’m always happy to arrange a quick call.
